QUALIFICATION:
— Medical degree, clinician experience in related field (obstetrics and Gynecology) is highly preferred
— Above 3 years working marketing experience in pharmacy.
— Experience in Product/Brand Management will be an advantage
— Good presentation skills and oral communication skills
— Self-motivated, creative and well organized

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

— To prepare long-term marketing plan as well as annual strategy and tactics
— To achieve annual sales budget within approved promotional expenses budget.
— To develop annual action plan, quarterly action plan by coordinating with sales force and ensure the implementation.
— To monitor market and competitor situation and fine-tune actions accordingly to ensure sales achievement.
— To be A&P owner; to maneuver marketing and sales expense efficiently to ensure best sales effectiveness.
— To develop academic activities and promotional aids according to marketing strategy and under company policy as well as industrial code.
— To manage and recommend on product inventory, distributor assignment, targeted hospital and client selection.
— To train sales force on product and therapeutical knowledge and conduct experiments to ensure the effectiveness of mastering knowledge. Train sales force on hospital and client targeting and segmentation.
— To maintain close contact of KOLs to update academic orientation so as to improve promotional activities and enhancer cooperation with KOLs.


职责:

— 制定市场计划以及年度策略和计划;
— 在预算内完成年度销售目标;
— 和销售团队讨论制定年度行动计划、季度行动计划以及确保计划实施;
— 监控市场及竞争状态,及时调整行动以确保销售完成;
— 负责费用分配,确保市场和销售费用有效使用;
— 根据市场策略、公司政策和行业规范发展学术活动、推广提示物等;
— 管理和建议产品库存、分销选择、目标医院和客户选择;
— 培训销售人员产品和治疗领域相关知识,用测验以确保掌握;培训销售人员目标医院和客户细分原则;
— 和KOL紧密联系,掌握学术新动向,以提供活动方式和寻求和KOL更好的合作;
