Job Descriptions:

Goals: Ensure a smooth, optimal flow and service for the customers and suppliers within Order Processing.

The job holder is responsible for the following main tasks

1. Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations and effective service to connecting groups.
2. Request and submit relevant administration in a timely and accurate manner:

• Order confirmation
• shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• packing, transport documentation

3. Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
4. Provide accurate and courteous responses to customers, suppliers and group staff regarding all types of inquiries received via telephone, written and in-person.
5. Manage, organize, and update relevant data using internal database applications.
6. Create, analyze and interpret statistical tools and reports using internal database applications and spreadsheets.
7. Contributes to a positive working environment and organizational unity by communicating with peers and supervisors throughout the company.
8. Maintains positive and proactive customer service behavior at all times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• 1-2 years related experience in logistic field would be a plus.
• Good at English and mandarin.
• Skilled in PC operation, familiar with common office software.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
