Responsibilities:
Finance Task
1. Money collection-Tuition, Deposit, Transfer fee, Suspension fee, life club fee and etc
2. Invoice Management
3. ID Copy & Student Agreement Administration
4. Reimbursement
5. Student refund
6. Student Transfer to Kids/HZ Franchise/Mini Center
7. Downgrade
8. Double Pay
9. Reporting/ Fill in system
10. Staff Codes Management
11. Inventory Management
12. Fixed Asset Management
13. Referral Program Management
14. Promotion Gift Management
15. Training back up cashiers-Daily Operation Part
16. Attending weekly meeting
17. Ad hoc report to COD/CSM
18. Selling Alumni
19. Go to Tax Bureau
20. Coordinate with Bank, Vendor, student...
Admin Task
1. Ordering Office supplies
2. Submit internal purchase request on intranet
3. Parking Coupon (Few Centers)
4. School maintenance
5. Participate center service team meetings
6. Participate center general meetings
7. Attend center operations, product and skills training
8. Support student services team when required during downtime
Requirements:
1. 1 or 2 years related working experience
2. College or bachelor degree on Accounting/Finance
3. Hukou same as Work Location
4. Good Oral and Written English is required; Above CET4
5. Good Excel Skills
