职位描述
1、从产品概念提出至SOP全过程中的质量问题，确保客户满意度；
2、制定产品质量方面的检验和控制文件；
3、协助建立并实施过程统计和分析，持续改进原材料和产品质量；
4、负责新项目的先期质量策划（包括CP、FMEA、SPPC等），确保产品过程处于受控；
5、负责新产品或新项目的SOP审核和PPAP文件的提交；
6、根据新项目的品质要求，开发测量检具得进行评价，并培训相关人员使用检具；
7、跟进新项目可靠性实验，并分析失败原因及提出改善对策；
8、跟踪供应商新产品开发进程，控制其供货质量，确保其产品持续稳定并符合要求；
9、本科以上学历；
10、工科背景优先考虑；
11、三到五年的汽车产品质量经验；
12、优秀的沟通协调能力；
