1.Position Summary
This position will be responsible for mechanical structure production in all function.

2. Accountability
(1)Make and implement production plan as per requirement of company production tasks’ schedule with consideration of productivity. Supervise the actual production progress with necessary coordination to achieve the production on time rate as per company requirement.
(2)Be effectively on process control, supervising the production in workshops as per requirement of company quality management system, to achieve the product conformity rate as per company requirement.
(3)Make and implement production procedure, technique and work instruction, as per company technical and quality requirement on product.
(4)Assess and fix standard working hours for each production process of different product, to guide production plan making and implementing.
(5)Organize Lean production management, continuously improvement on higher efficiency, short production time and less cost.
(6)Organize 6S workshop management, supervise safety production, occupational safety, health and environment protection, as per requirement of related company management systems.
(7)Make and implement department employee performance appraisal measures, complying with company EPA management system, to gain continuous improvement on department performance.
(8)Organize management of workshop production facility, machine and tool. Make annual budget and supervise the implementation of budget.
(9)Make annual budget of department human resource, includes recruitment, training and appraisal, etc. Supervise the implementation of budget. Build up effective team to gain continuous improvement on department performance.
(10)Other department management issues.

3. Wanted qualifications & skills:
Sex: Male
Age: 30 ~ 40
Education: College or above
Major: Mechanical Manufacturing or Welding or Material forming
Working experiences and skills:
(1)More than 5 years experience of thin sheet metal structure production management, minimum 3 years on position of production manager.
(2)Master in thin sheet metal structure production related technique standard, process, facility and machine, including CNC punching, bending, shearing, grinding, welding, pre-treatment, powder painting and assembly, etc.
(3)Master in planning and hours accounting on sheet metal production of low quantity and multi type batches.
(4)Be good at modern production management skills, master in methods and tools, including ISO9001 QMS, safety production management, EPAMS. Experiences of Lean production management, 6S workshop management or OHSAS are plus.
(5)Good leadership, strong execution and emergency handling abilities, including efficiently implement production plan, supervise production process and quality control, raise efficiency and lower production cost continuously.
(6)Good team work spirit and abilities of organizing, coordination and communication.
