( )Customer service and coordinateon of requirements of existing customers.
( )Prepare quotations and enquiries on behalf of his management.
( )Coordinate and communicate with operational department and overseas net work to achieve maximum customer satisfyion.
( )Trace cargo status;help to solve problems if incident happens.
( )Keep records of P&L of each shipment.
( )To be back-up of Sales Executive when they are not available.
( )Be indoor sales if possible.
( )Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty form the Management of the company or other sources.
( )Filing and administration of incoming&outgoing sales leads.
