Responsibilities:
Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
Manage and feedback on quality complaints of Export Powertrain.
Manage improve actions in OEE about cycle time, maintenance and technology. Support the new axle plant layout and improvement plan.
Follow up Product and Process Quality Audits.
Provide technical information required by OEM to Powertrain Supplier.
Provide technical information required by Powertrain Supplier to OEM.
Active involvement in OEM internal meetings and key decisions for powertrain.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineer.
More than 10 years automotive industry working experience, last 2 years working in JV OEM(Commercial Car).
Knowledge of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.
Computer literacy, fluent English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team working spirit.
