主要职责/Major Responsibilities：

1、根据工作需要，建立和推行各种5S管理相关制度；

Establish and implement 5S related rules as work requirements

2、根据5S推行状况，提出5S阶段性改善建议和实施计划，持续完善5S管理制度；

Based on 5S progress status, make plan and schedule to improve 5S management continuously

3、负责5S推行计划的有效实施、进度控制、效果检查与评比，并进行反馈和沟通；

Responsible for effective implementation, progress control, result confirmation/evaluation, related feedback and communication.

4、根据计划要求要求组织实施5S项目现场指导、专项培训、活动宣传、策划等工作；

Responsible for organizing to carry out 5S items jobsite instruction, special training, activity publication and planning .etc.

5、协调解决公司各部门之间的5S管理问题，促进5S管理的不断深化和进步；

Coordinate and support each department to solve 5S problems together and make efforts to improve 5S management

6、及时完成上级领导安排的其它与工作有关的任务。

Complete tasks from manager and other related jobs in time.

任职要求/ Qualifications：

n 必须具备的基本录用条件 Must-have qualifications

1、大专及以上学历，中文或企业管理等相关专业；

College degree or above, Chinese or enterprise management or other related major

2、对5S、TPM等改善管理工具有较全面的认识；

Overall understanding for 5S, TPM or other improvement/management tools

3、有一定的文笔，能独立开发基础培训课程并独立开展培训和宣传策划工作；

Be capable of writing / developing basic training course independently and implementing

Training /activity planning

4、性格开朗，具有较好的策划、组织协调、沟通、抗压能力；

Outgoing personality, good planning/coordinating/communication ability and strong pressure resistance.

5、具有较强的进取心和创新意识，做事严谨、原则性强；

Be ambitious and open-mind for creation, strict and principled for job

6、熟练使用各种办公软件、AutoCAD等基本的绘图软件；

Skilled for using various office software and AutoCAD or other basic graphic software

7、有一定的英文能力；Good English ability

有大中型企业5S专职推行工作经验与审核经验者优先

5S management and audit experience at large or medium-sized enterprises is preferred.

Changan Ford Mazda Engine Co., Ltd. was established on September 26, 2005, official mass production was launched on April 26, 2007. The main products of the company are BZ and New I4 – two series of engines, covering displacement from 1.3L to 2.3L. In 2010, company produced engine 213,053 units and sold 212,232 units separately. At the end of 2011, the company's products will add Sigma new series of engines. Until then, the company is equipped with an overall manufacturing capacity of 430 thousand vehicle engines a year.
