1. Major Accountabilities

• Responsible for performing all work is a safe manner to protect all employees from injury and protect all facilities from damage;
• Responsible for reliability and maintenance of mechanical facilities;
• Responsible for designing, procurement, execution, inspection, checkout and mechanical completion of assigned projects;
• Required to contribute to the improvement of the plant facilities to improve safety, operability and quality;
• Responsible to use the best maintenance practices to obtain top performance;
• Responsible to manage all contractors work according to Ashland policies and local requirements to achieve safety and quality requirements;
• Maintaining maintenance documentation

2. Qualification Requirements

• Education: BS degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Mechanical Engineering;
• Experience:

(1) 10+ years experience in chemical facility management

(2) Skilled in designing, manufacturing, inspection, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of chemical facilities;

(3) Knowledge of reliability and preventative maintenance programs

• Skills:

(1) Good verbal and written command of English including reading of western equipment manuals

(2) Ability of organizational skills and highly professional devotion.

(3) Proficiency in office software tools.
