Major Accountabilities 主要职责

Taking overall responsibility of the following areas 主要担负以下职责:

l Maintain SAP PM module, plan the annual shutdown, plan and collect the work order information. SAP PM 系统维护，年度检修计划审核，PM/维修工单的下达及信息统计；

l Provide the Maintenance SOP and revise on time维修作业指导书的编制；

l Provide the spare plan and maintain the SAP MRP function activities备件计划及申请

l Maintain the documentation and record and update to SAP system.维修文件管理，SAP-PM模块的维护；

l Support group of process improvement. 支持为进行工艺改善而成立的课题小组

l Proceed qualification for Maintenance technician工程维修技术人员资质认证管理

l Manage the training matrix and execution 人员培养训练

Position Prerequisites 职位要求

Education教育: Engineering background, bachelor degree or above. 工科，本科或以上学历。

Experience经验: 5yr or above experience of maintenance management or reliability in industrial company.五年以上工业企业，维修管理、设备管理等相关工作经验。

Skills 技能: Besides the reliability, organizing, planning and cooperating, the professional knowledge of basic mechanic and electrical, and familiar statistics and computer skill is the must. 具备良好的专业知识，以及组织、计划、协调能力。同时，应具备基本维修管理技能和机械、电气相关知识，统计学知识并熟练应用计算机。
