Job Responsibilities:

Ø To maintain and to improve the satisfaction of the external clients
Ø 保持并提高外部客户的满意度
Ø To maintain and to improve the results QCDM and the yield (gross margin) of the plant
Ø 保持并改进QCDM的结果和工厂的产量（毛利）
Ø To define and to follow up the plans of improvement QCDM as the plan of business and the investments that are required
Ø 确立并跟踪根据业务计划制定的QCDM改进计划和需要的投资
Ø To improve the best internal and external practices
Ø 改进最佳内部和外部实践
Ø To assure that the productive process is in suitable conditions of security, hygiene and respect of the environmental, by means of the planning and the development of preventive actions and corrective. The main activities that it develops are:
Ø 为保证生产工艺处于适当的安全卫生条件下，通过纠正和预防性措施的策划和实施的手段。需要发展的主要活动是：
Ø To define the organization of the production
Ø 确定生产组织结构
Ø To elaborate the budget and the investments of the plant and to follow its accomplishment
Ø 制定预算和工厂投资来跟踪完成
Ø To elaborate the unfolding of policy in production and follow up
Ø 制定生产线的政策实施并跟踪
Ø To elaborate the plan of communication and follow up
Ø 制定沟通计划并跟踪
Ø To structure and to follow up the plans of continuous improvement in production of the QCDM
Ø 制定并跟踪QCDM生产中的持续改进计划。
Ø Management of the follow of materials from the supplying of suppliers to the delivery to client
Ø 从供应商供货到客户发货的材料跟踪管理
Ø Periodically to assure the balance between the necessities Clients and the capacity production (men and machine )
Ø 周期性确保客户和生产能力的平衡（劳动力和机器）之间的平衡。
Ø To lead the QRQC Security in each accident or great incident
Ø 领导每次意外或重大事故的QRQC安全。

Qualification Requirements (资历要求):

1)Engineer diploma, ideally with a specialization in automotive technology工程师文凭，汽车技术专业
2)At least 7 years experiences in production management, preferably in the automotive or similar industry汽车或相关专业，7年以上生产管理经验
3)-- Logistic knowledge 物流知识-- TOYOTA production system TOYOTA生产体系
4)English 良好的英语能力
