Role and Responsibilities

·Define target user, acquire and analyze user needs, evaluate usability of CE product & service

·Co-work with marketing team, design team and development team to develop high-quality product & service

Competency and Skills

·Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors Engineering, Ergonomics, Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or related disciplines or equivalent combination of education. Master's degree is preferred.

·A minimum of 5 years’ experience (for bachelor) or 3 years’ experience (for master and above) as a User Researcher, Service Designer, Human Factors/Usability Engineer. Portfolio of work is expected.

·Knowledge & skill in user research, service design, usability evaluation. Demonstrate a high level of initiative and strong data analysis. Demonstrate foresight of CE product & service trend.

·Work with passion, creative and innovation attitude. Must have excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills to contribute within multi-functional and multi-disciplined project teams. . Must have fast reaction to time critical work in agile development process.
