Working Responsibilities:

- Achieve seat damper sales budget for truck/bus/construction industry application.

- Lead the sales team to implement and develop new business at passage car and truck OEM customers according to market strategy. Keeping smooth communication with HQ in Germany to get new contracts in worldwide. Coordinating the quotation for the RFQ from automotive OEM customers.

- Complete and update market analysis report. Assist BU manager to work out market strategy, long and short term business plan. Proposing the local marketing strategy for headquarter decision making reference.

- Lead the sales team to build up the sales channel for automotive aftermarket.

- Achieve seat damper sales budget for truck/bus/construction industry application.

- Sales negotiations with OEM’s (prices, logistic, site services, quality issue diagnostics, and other items in contract).

- Support and push the cost reduction activities towards customer.

- Establish long term relationship with major OEMs and expand relationship with potential customer.

- Collect payment from customers on time and responsibility to AR index.

- Keeping close attention on up-to-date technology and providing relevant information to R&D people. New project development support.

- Sales team organization and management.

Any other tasks as and when assigned by Supervisors

Working Requirements:

Education

- Major in engineering (Bachelors degree or above).

Training

- Training in TS16949.

Experience

- Working experience in technical sales.

- Above 5 years sales experience in automotive industry.

- Experience in project management within the automotive market.

Skills

- Good oral and written English.

- General computer skills, especially MS Office.

- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.

- Flexibility and high degree of mobility.

- Strong team work spirit, be honest and understand multinational company culture.
