OUR OFFER

Design robust assembly process with regards to Lean Manufacturing principles

l Planning of assembly lines (pre- and final assembly)

l Involvement in Continuous Improvement Process

l Coordination of the suppliers for process design and machine build.

l Assembly process development and test.

l Member of SE-Team for customer projects ( R&D, Purch., Production, Quality, Contr.)

l Design process layout specification

l Prepare detailed process/machine specification

l Develop detailed production process

l Device machine and design for process development test

l Conduct relevant tasks for APQP (PFMEA, DFQ, SOP)

l Implement and commission machinery during build and install process(PPAP)

l Handover to production and maintenance, including conducting operator training

l Provide input for Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)

l Support and consult with Quality in terms of quality issues

l Support and consult with Purchasing department in supplier development

l Participate in implementation of ZPS(ZFLS Production System) and CIP(Continuous Improvement Process)

YOUR PROFILE

l A minimum of three years working experience in Process/Manufacturing Engineering, prefer in Automotive industrial, Skills in Assembly Processes will be an advantage (Screwing, Force fitting, Laser welding)

l Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering

l Fluent both in spoken and written English

l Basics in German will be an advantage

l Proficient in Windows, MS Office, CAD (ProE)

l Experience and good working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing

l Strong focus and understanding on safety

l Mechanical design in creating 3D model (mechanical background)

l Capable for PLC and PC software.(electronic background)
