职位描述
Main Objectives:
Be responsible for calculation of compensation, social insurance and benefits and effect payment correctly and in time under the guideline of ZFCN compensation policy and instructions as well as related government regulations. Maintain and update HR data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and modify company C&B system, and welfare and household policies of the company;
2. Prepare and modify the employee assessment and encouragement system of the company;
3. Make plans for supplement, promotion and deployment of human resource;
4. Modify and review various personnel management sheets;
5. Maintain relevant information on salary in the human resource database;
6. Salary and bonus payout
7. Benefits administration, calculation and transfer of social insurance
8. Summary and calculation of performance evaluation data
9. Declaration and payment of individual income tax
10. Labor Contract administration, incl. preparation of contract and collect signatures
11. Collection, sort and update HR data; maintenance of basic HR information incl.
12. Foreign staff exit/entry management
13. Secure the information of employees’ salaries and keep confidential;

Working experience
3年以上人事行政工作经历
3+ year working experience in HR administration
教育水平
Education
本科以上
Bachelor or above
英语水平

英语四级以上,听说读写能力良好
CET4+,Reasonable listening, speaking, reading and writing skills

计算机应用水平Computer
熟练运用掌握MS-Office办公软件,特别是EXCEL,SAP, 数据库管理和操作
