OUR OFFER：

• Accomplish tasks in the development of automotive systems.
• Work in a team with other departments, supplier and customer
• Carry out simultaneous engineering meetings with supplier for mechanical components.
• Adjust the design and documentation to the capabilities of the supply base.
• Negotiate test plans with suppliers, ZFLS development and customers.
• Support the necessary tests and ensure the correct test reports.
• Track the components until successfully implementation in the production meeting timing, quality and

costtargets.

• Develop and maintenance of 3D model design/ 2D drawing in the system
• Develop and maintenance of accurate Bill Of Material and design status of assigned components/subsystems in the PDM system Axalant
• Responsible for tolerance investigation for assigned components/subsystem, and relevant tolerance stack-up
• Design modifications on assigned portfolio of components to ensure robust designs
• Negotiate Test plans with suppliers, ZFLS development and customers
• Support the necessary tests and ensure the correct test reports
• Responsible for starting the ECR (Engineering Change Request) in Axalant, complete the ECR and drawing modification in the Axalant
• Track components until successfully implementation in the production, meeting timing quality and cost targets
• Support DFMEA, CAE analysis
• Continuous design improvement on current designs to drive cost reductions and competitiveness in component prices (VA/VE)
• Support supplier development, in terms of SE (Simultaneous Engineering)
• Attend and participate in cross functional team meetings
• Attend customer meetings including design reviews, if necessary
• Travel locally or overseas as required
• Comply with ZF policies and employment legislation

YOUR PROFILE

• More than 2 years Automotive experience in designing mechanical components. experience in production process of mechanical components
• Automotive related specialty
• Experience in automotive systems
• Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers，to acquaint oneself with new tasks and problems and to act under pressure
• High self-motivation, value driven, analytical skills, strong process thinking and persistency in achieving targets.
• Willingness to travel inside China to meet suppliers and customers as well as to travel to other ZFLS locations worldwide
• Fluent in English，German language knowledge would be a benefit
• Good knowledge of CAD software (Pro/E ), MS-Office
