主要工作职责：
1. 开拓国内市场，寻找合适客户代理及销售本公司产品;
2. 提高产品的市场份额及占有率,提供客户快速、准确与专业的服务；
3. 开发新客户、拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案，提高客户满意度；
4. 充分应用公司现有客户资源，提高资源利用率，提高销售成交率；
5. 处理好与厂家的关系，做好进货和对账工作。

任职资格：
1.乐观进取、诚实守信，大专及以上学历，有机化学制药等相关专业优先考虑；
2.较强的市场开拓能力及客户管理能力，能独立设定销售方案，熟练运用完成销售销售工具，完成销售目标;
3.普通话标准，并具有优秀的电话沟通能力 ,具有良好的职业素养和高度的责任心；
4.较强的观察力和应变能力，能够处理复杂的突发事件；
5.出色的团队协作能力及沟通能力；良好的英文基础优先；
6.专业的销售素养及良好的个人形象。
7.英语４级以上
8.会讲南京方言者优先录取。
