职位描述
任职要求:
1. 本科以上学历,意大利语熟练掌握,
2. 熟悉外贸业务流程和相应的管理知识
3. 2年以上国际销售贸易经验,并有独立客户开发经验。
4. 熟练操作计算机,熟练使用办公软件
5. 良好的组织、沟通、协调能力和临场反应能力
岗位职责:
1. 完成销售目标的制定及业绩进度的管理分析工作
2. 发展新客户,签订订单合同,完成预定销售指标
3. 完成客户信息录入,进行客户维护,跟踪并解决出现的问题
4. 分析市场状况,收集市场相关信息,及时作出市场分析及战略评估建议
5. 协调、维护、管理客户关系及相关大客户营销方案的制定、执行
6. 完成上级领导交办的其他工作
Primary responsibilities:
?? To be responsible for the management of agents, distributors inside contract period customer network
resources; tracking the local agent, distributors and customers, and supporting the main terminal
project implementation;
?? To be responsible for maintenance to existing customers and potential customers, identify and develop
major clients, and expand the market share of infiltration;
?? Collect and analyze French market trends and sales information;
?? Responsible for area targets ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met;
?? Work closely with sales executive as part of the Account Team that supports and manages each key
client – maintain proactive and consistent communication with sales team and client.
?? Assist Euro One Manager to deal with ordinary management tasks.
Academic and working background:
?? Bachelor degree or above
?? Strong sales experience: ideally has worked in a sales role for 2+ years in a PV industrial organization
with progressive experiences;
?? Solid working knowledge of sales, business development, and account management;
?? Excellent negotiation skills and be able to communicate with customers at all levels;
?? Strong customer relationship skills, ability to grow and retain accounts, build relationships, quickly spot
and communicate potential risks and issues;
?? Ability to adapt and work efficiently in a rapidly changing dynamic environment, willingness to be an
active participant in a team environment and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects;
?? Integrated and honest, open minded and self﹎otivated.
