食品安全检测ELISA试剂盒高级研发工程师
岗位职责：
1、负责食品安全检测ELISA试剂盒项目的立项和研发, 独立进行项目的评估和前期设计、产品研发的可行性评估及研发计划的制定, 领导研发小组进行食品安全检测ELISA试剂盒实验体系的完善和优化；
2、了解市场发展趋势，结合公司目前资源，从技术角度作出判断，并提交新产品开发计划，制定合理的研发费用预算，指导安排研发部成员高效完成各项研发任务；
3、负责组织研发组成员对新产品投产前试产工作并对其工艺和稳定性进行考察，同时负责组织生产操作技术的交接工作；

任职资格：
1、拥有生物技术、生物工程、分子生物学、微生物学、免疫学、或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具有5年以上食品安全检测ELISA试剂盒及临床诊断ELISA试剂盒产品开发经验或实验室研究经验，及有5人以上技术团队管理经验；
3、有较强的分析能力及实验动手能力，能独立进行相关实验室研究及带领科研团队进行实验设计与产品设计；负责ELISA试剂盒的研发，工艺改进，能够设计实验方案，解决实验过程中出现的问题；
4、熟练使用英文跟踪国际前沿研究动态，具有良好的中英文写作和口头表达能力，并能熟练的阅读专业文献，具有良好的文案撰写能力；
5、具有团队合作精神与领导科研队伍的能力，能承受工作压力，责任心强，善于沟通，工作积极主动并具有组织协调和领导能力。
