Responsibilities:

- Define manufacturing routine, work instruction and time study

- DFX evaluation (Design for manufacturing, assembly), PFMEA, capability study/Cpk, control plan

- Process cost and equipment/tool investment calculation

- Define process parameters in manufacturing

- Order tool and device used in manufacturing

- Workstation arrangement according to ergonomics

- Design workshop layout with Lean thinking

- Train the production people about new product/process

- SAP data maintenance

- Developing, evaluating and improving manufacturing methods, optimizing workflow to achieve an efficient, cost saving and good quality level manufacturing processes

- New technology investigation and adoption

- Process ECN (engineering change)

- Documents management

- Actively engaged in global topic, cooperation and information sharing among different locations.

Requirements:

- Above college degree, majoring in mechanical, electronic or industrial engineering.

- Minimum of 3 years experience in electronics or related manufacturing.

- Problem-solving skills, analytical skills.

- Good knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts, like time study, line balance, activity analysis, layout design, etc

- Knowledge and experience in Quality Systems, SPC, APQP, MSA, PPAP, FMEA.

- Knowledge and experience of lean (5S, 7 wastes, OEE, VSM, SMED, Kanban/Supermarket, Pull production and Visualization) and Six sigma

- Knowledge and skill of project management, skill in NPI

- Good communication skills and team work.

- Good command of English, both in spoken and written.

- PC skill, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD
