Responsibilities：

1.Delivers and improves the operational part of global end-2-end ICT Infrastructure services and improves the service operation for the whole, global business of DSM, that fulfills or exceeds the business and corporate requirements and service levels;

2.Intake of requests for changes that originated from Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, and Continuity Management or as a request for change via the business and requests for change ITSS internal;

3.Ensure that the risk & impact for requested changes are determined;

4.Ensure that implementation plans and tasks are prepared;

5.Manage the progress of changes;

6.Organize the Change Advisory Board (CAB);

7.Handle escalations regarding non-standard changes;

8.Handle complaints regarding non-standard changes;

9.Performance management of the change process. This is monitored using pre-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);

10.Quality assurance;

11.Maintains the change calendar.

Requirements

BA degree

ITIL 3 certified (Foundation at minimum)

4+ years experience in technical ICT functions

2+ years experience in IT change management

Strong knowledge of the ITSS implemented processes (Change management, problem management, knowledge management, incident management)

Fluent English (spoken and Written)

Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
