Job Description:

The Team Lead – 2^nd Line Infrastructure support team is primarily responsible for leading global IT-infrastructure support team to deliver work-class service to corporate users globally. The team leader ensures delivery of technical resolution of global incidents that could not be resolved by 1^st line teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages IT Engineers team and daily operation.
2. Team member development/coaching/mentoring/training.
3. Creates positive team atmosphere and motivate team members.
4. Ensures the team follow right process to meet the KPI matrix and SLA.
5. Works with critical incident management team, various global peers to drive severity 1 incident fix.
6. Capacity management, release management, application management, backup, new device onboarding, etc.;
7. Ensures delivery of change requests for IT infrastructure.
8. Knowledge sharing with various teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years team management experience;
• Proficient experience with IT infrastructure Operation;
• Clear understanding of global operation, KPI matrix and Incident/Problem management process.
• Broad infrastructure technical background in Network, Server and Microsoft products Technologies;
• Strong methodology in problem analysis and solving;
• Be able to create collaborative relationship at global level;
• Good communication skills;
• Fluent English – both oral and written;
• CCNP, MCITP, MCSE certificates are certainly a plus but not mandatory;
• BA/BA+ degree in IT and related field.
