Marketing Analyst
Primary Objective of Position (General Statement):
Supporting the Asia Pacific Flow Division (Micro Motion and Rosemount Flow) with accurate management information to better enable the marketing, sales operations and financial management of the business.
Key Job Responsibilites:
Liaising closely with:the Asia Pacific Marketing, Operations and Finance Teams to extract and consolidate bookings,sales and financial information as a basis in the analysis and preparation of monthly reports.
Typical business reports such as customer sales analysis, product line sales, pricing information,
industry analysis, Product unit and mix reporting, kind of business reporting, trending, gross profit
analysis and product group analysis.
Creation of monthly actuals for the operations process.
Creation of the monthly marketing dashboard for the Divisional Management.
Identifying improvement to the current database in terms of efficiency and modes of access.
Extract and consolidate the bookings, sales and backlogs of product lines.
Provide support to the Operations Team thru analysis of backlog information, Finished Goods
inventory and other functions assigned on an ad hoc basis.
Consolidate the actual and expected results of operation of the countries.
Any other functions as directed by the Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales leader.
Through CIP, always strive to comply with ISO 9000/14000/18000 in everything we do everyday; having Think-Customer in mind.

Qualifications:
Experience:
MS Excel working knowledge essential, ability to work with pivot tables, sorting, filtering, grouping, functions (i.e. lookup, concatenate), experience with presentational spreadsheets
Ability to work with queries, tables and query conditions.
MS Outlook working knowledge.
Client Access Reporting System (CARS) - Sykes Network
JDE/Oracle working knowledge useful
Hyperion Enterprise System/ MS PowerPoint working knowledge./Adobe Acrobat PDF creator working knowledge./Mathematical, Analytical and reasoning ability.
Education/Training:
