汇报对象/REPORTS TO: 工程部经理/美国支持/Engineering Manager/USA Support

职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

本技术岗位涉及并参与公司生产过程中一个或多个子项目的开发和设计。在产品开发部经理不在的时候代理经理职责。

Lead responsibility in technical work involving the development and design of one or more components involved in a product. Assumes responsibility for the Product Development department when the Manager is absent or as needed.

责任与义务/ RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

在新项目启动阶段协助/领导内部团队。保持工厂与美国技术中心项目工程师之间的有效沟通。在委派给工程部的任务中与注塑和组装部门工作小组协同工作。遵守环境政策以及质量和环境管理系统的相关指示。遵守工作场所安全和健康政策及相关指示。

Assist work/Leads internal teams in launching of new products. Maintains effective communication between Project Engineering in Kalamazoo and the plant. Work with Molding and Finishing Natural work teams in the duties assigned to the Plant Engineering Department. Complies with the environmental policy and applicable quality and environmental management systems instructions. Comply with the Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

- 根据需要参与新项目前期生产可行性分析 ，并判断是否满足生产要求。

Participate as required in pre-production feasibility reviews to determine if new products are manufacturable

- 与工程子承包商合作并加以协调。

Works with and coordinates engineering subcontractors.

- 以目标为导向负责产品开发及设计，包括设计过程，数据文件管理，利用Kaizen保持项目进 度，A3分析。

Responsible for developing the part design using a SET based options approach. Throughout the design process, documents the design progression utilizing Kaizen worksheets and A3 analysis

- 负责提供最新的三维数据和图纸给模具供应商和公司文控分析图纸以确保符合生产各方面的要求和标准。

Provide the latest data and/or drawings to tooling sources and document control. Analyze all drawings to assure compliance to all specifications.

- 负责监管和评价直接负责项目的项目工程师和设计工程师的工作。

Responsible for the supervision and review of Project Engineers & Designers that are assigned to programs of direct responsibility.

- 参与PDT小组会议并提供支持。

Provide support and participates in the PDT group meetings.

- 协助开发和评估生产线辅助工具（组装和喷漆）以及评估组装工装治具。

Assists in the Development and evaluation of auxiliary tools (assembly and paints), as well as validating assembly fixtures

- 针对高级工程需求分析每条生产线。

Analyzes production lines for Advanced Engineering needs.

- 协调工程变更。

Coordinates engineering changes.

- 发展时间研究。

Develops time studies.

- 参与特定的生产项目，包括参与PPS。

Participates in special production projects, including PPS participation.

- 协调被指定负责的模具和设备的修理和保养。

Coordinates the repair and maintenance of assigned molds and equipment.

- 准备F.M.E.A.

Prepare F.M.E.A.’s

- 积极参与不断改善计划和降低成本进程。

Actively participates in the continuous improvement process and cost reduction.

- 支持并参与SPI生产各项目的整合。包括部件设计，模具设计与功能，生产计划，量具设计及功能，复制模具，功能设计，包装。

Support for program integration into SPI Manufacturing, including part design, tool design and function, manufacturing plan, gage design and function, secondary tooling and design function and packaging.

学历要求/EDUCATION:

- 工程学位或结业证书，相关领域的学士学位。

Engineering degree or certificate of completion of studies. Bachelor’s degree related to area of responsibility

工作经验/EXPERIENCE:
