Key Responsibilities:
1.Design and develop effective online marketing channels with the understanding of the best marketing practices in the industry for both online and offline retailing
2.Create marketing budget plan based on clear data analysis and traffic/sales targets
3.Continue maximizing investment to drive bigger revenue
4.Adopt industry standard of marketing investment and create the measurement for the effectiveness
5.Continue improving the ROI in new customer acquisition and traffic driving
6.Continue identifying emerging new channels to for effective marketing communication
Basic Qualifications:
1.7+ years of experience demonstrating results in a marketing role and a track record of delivering against aggressive goals.
2.Deep knowledge of both online and offline marketing methods, tools and strategies; ability to plan, develop and execute complex multi-channel marketing strategies.
3.Proven analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics driven.
4.An ambitious self-starter with excellent communication and follow-through skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1.A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred
2.Excellent written and oral communication skill in both Chinese and English
3.Work experience in retailing, internet, or eCommerce industry
