职位描述
资深项目经理（土建）
1. 全日制建筑类知名大学本科学历；（土建、机电专业背景）
2. 有大型综合性商业体8年以上工作经验（以大型商业高层办公室、高级酒店、商业楼宇建筑群体为主）；
3. 有很强的团队领导能力和沟通能力；
4. 熟悉大型综合商务楼群土建系统、机电系统、楼宇控制系统、深基坑等；
5. 熟悉电脑办公软件、CAD专业软件、广联达软件运用；
6. 英语良好（听、说、写），达到大学英语六级以上水平；
Position: Project Manager
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities
1. To be a key person leading project from appointment to project completion
2. To be a main contact person among our team, clients and other companies involved
3. To be responsible for the completion of projects within negotiating of contract, assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budgetary and scheduling, ensuring project deliverables.
4. To be responsible for project quality, programme, cost and safety management
5. To generate any solution for project delay or quality defects, and other design & construction activities to be amended
6. To regularly observe team performance and provide right working guidance for everyone
7. To be charge of the monitoring of project filing, reporting, and meeting system application
8. To prepare technical document of proposal and participate the employer interview, coordinate with function department to get new project
Competency:
Education & Qualification
1. University Degree of Project Management or related engineering education background
2. Certified National Construction Project Manager preferable
Knowledge & Experience
1. At least 5 years project management experience, with M&E background preferable
2. Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management for Real Estate, Industrial, High Rise Building, Retail, Shopping Mall, Building Refurbishment (all fit out), Hotel, Office etc.
3. Knowledge of design management
4. Knowledge of tendering process management
5. Good application of contract document, good understanding of FIDIC conditions
6. Familiarity with government approvals process
7. Good skill of project programme scheduling & monitoring
8. Top leadership of team for site construction & safety management
9. Good interpersonal and communication skills, academic writing skill for project reports
10. Office software, Autocad 2000, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills
11. Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai
12. Good command of spoken and written in English preferable
13. Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable
Functional Skills
1. Understanding of GLEEDS’ responsibilities on the project
2. Ability to understand commercial
3. Must be able to understand and apply Employer Requirements
