EPC Sales Manager (成都)
500强美资防爆电气公司,负责EPC公司的销售工作
Major Responsibilities :
1. EPC sales manager directly reports to sales director.
2. Build the relationship with Hi level management with three key accounts (CNPN, Sinopec and CNOOC) and key EPSs (SEI, Huanqiu and Luoyang…)
3. Find out potential customer list and target market size. (focus on the oversea projects awarded by domestic EPCs)
4. CCH’s competitors analysis of EPC market.
5. Target customer demand analysis.
6. Support global EPC sales team to follow up domestic EPCs.
7. Sales strategy and Pricing management.
8. Set up commercial policy of EPC.
9. Work with PLM to optimize and improve products localization for EPC.
10. Coordinate with Asia tem to consolidate the company’s resource to support Chinese to improve market share.
11. To coordinate with regional sales force to achieve sales.
Qualifications :
1. 8 years sales and marketing experience;
2. Prior budget and financial accountability experience;
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
4. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required;
5. Bilingual (English/Chinese);
6. In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields;
7. Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
8. Strong negotiation skills;
9. Strong leader, team member, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills
10. Must have exemplary customer service skills.
