职责描述:
1. Assuring the stability of existing processes Assuring the stability of existing
· Reporting and correcting deviations from standards.
· Reviewing existing SOP's on regular base. on regular base.
2. Improve existing processes
Improving quality of products via process improvement.
· Decreasing cost of process and products through an analytical approach of the cost
structure and defining improvements projects from these findings
Developing a project plan for the improvement projects and steering workgroups to realize this plan.
Investigating on possible improvements with respect to ecology, health, safety and risk reduction
· Reporting on a regular base the status of approved projects with respect to the plan.
3. Assisting and transferring new processes/products into mass production
· Cooperating with R&D in the development of new processes/products.
Translating customer needs into critical process parameters.
Implementing new processes and equipment into production.
· Defining final process parameters and conditions, providing necessary SOP' to guarantee product specifications. product specifications.
· Giving training to operators of new processes .
4. Providing technical assistance
· Investigating and solving complex production problems in a systematic way.
Defining a corrective action plan to prevent the rehearsal of similar problems.
5.Exploring new technologies for processes
Proposing new technologies.
Developing his/her competences in the functional area.

1.Educational background: fulltime master with 1 years working experience or bachelor with 4 or 5 years above working experiences.
2. one will focus on the webbing process ,who needs to major in mechanical related .
The other one should major in metal materials .
3. Language : good at oral and written English
4. Systematic way of thinking, strong learning ability. Open and strong communication skills.
