职位要点：
1.最好住在奉贤，闵行或外地愿意来上海发展。
2.由于生产部是24小时，故此岗位需要翻三班（早－夜－中），做五休二。 正常是双休
3.此岗位下属带10人
PURPOSE:
Responsible for the factory operating activity during his shift, and supervise the operator working under the Global Food safety and personal safety policy, ensure all the operation activity complying with the SOP/requirement
DIMENSION:
Receiving through FG Warehouse
Management of associates
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Production supervision and monitoring
Ensure personal safety and food safety during shift
Troubleshooting ability
Project support
Non conformity and CCP compliance
Safety compliance and ergonomic improvements
Quality and food safety compliance
Mechanical micro investigations
Benchmarking within network
Organize training for associates and multi skill program implement
Traceability check and conform
KPI management and CI project team follow up
Fulfillment of production order
Sample plan/cleaning result achievement
