职位描述

-For our Healthcare Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Sector Account Manager at the earliest opportunity.


What are my responsibilities?
- Develop SAM strategy based on Hospital development strategy( 3yrs)
- 根据医院长远发展的战略制定医院一体化客户管理的策略 (依据3年)
- Enhance C-level relationship with accounts, first minute to get hospital investment plan, even initiate investment plan based on hospital strategy
- 进一步强化与院长的合作关系,第一时间获取医院发展投资计划
- Developing and executing sales plan for winning project together with PSE (BU/Division) , Responsible contract negotiation and close deal
- 与PSE(BU/Division)协作,制定并执行销售计划,并负责对合同的谈判、签合同、执行
- Further improve customer satisfaction via PM, CS, collaboration and reference site, life cycle support etc.
- 协调PM、CS的等相关部门,建立合作关系和示范基地等,进一步提高客户满意度,进行全生命周期管理
- Driving and coordinating BU/Division strategy about KOL, collaboration and Ref site
- 推动和协调相关部门,制定关于关键主任,科研合作和示范基地的策略
- Represent best quality of sh@re, covering all divisions/BU (incl. investment, decision maker information, FC quality etc.)
- 对sh@re的质量负责,涵盖所有决策信息包括投资,关键信息和预测的质量 等
- Pro-active show visibility to BU/Division
- 主动对BU/Division提供明确的信息
