汽车电子电器整合测试 高级工程师Senior Engineer: Vehicle E/E Integration and Test

E/E integration validation – component, sub-system through to system level
The scope of this position is to cover the test and validation process from component level testing and evaluation up to the system level validation.

Possible applicants should have a strong background in MiL/HiL test environments setup, test automation, simulation development, documentation and associated processes.

Potential candidates shall have practical knowledge using commonly used tools for error tracking. They shall have worked for more than five years with sub-/system test tools.

Candidates must be familiar with scripting and test run control software.

The ideal candidate should have good coaching and communication skills. The candidate should be capable to adapt to the present capability level and target to train and to establish a stable knowledge basis.

General education background:
o Master or equivalent degree in electronics , software development.
o Automotive background
o Fluent English
o Coaching and training skills

Professional experience:
o 8+ years work experience in automotive E/E area
o 5+ years in OEM (development EI, EA, EF) in test automation with MiL and SiL systems.
o Familiar with test management (tools and process)
o Familiar with model based software development
o Technical experience in at least one of the following domains:
- CAN bus simulation
- Programming (scripting languages like Python)
- Flash and device programming (compilation)
- Device ontrol signals (analogue, LIN, PWM)
- CAN-/FlexRay bus communication
- Test automation
- Car commissioning
- Diagnosis

Tools:
o Mathworks tool suite (MatLab/Simulink/Stateflow)
o ECUTest, Pluto or equivalent toolset
o dSpace or Marconova HW control environment
o Eventually AutomationDesk
o Quality Center, Jira or equivalent tool


Languages:
o Mandarin
o English
o German is advantageous
