汽车电子电器开发整合 项目经理Senior Engineer: Vehicle E/E integration/development process

E/E development/integration process – project management
The scope of this position is to cover the whole E/E integration process from procedural and documentation point of view. Responsible for setting up, refining and keeping improving the E/E integration process.
The ideal candidate shall have a strong M50/CCB background or shall have worked for more than 4 years as ECU responsible.
Potential candidates shall have practical knowledge using commonly used tools for error management, change management, configuration management and risk management.
Candidates must be familiar with MS standard tools and project management.
The ideal candidate should have good coaching and communication skills. The candidate should be capable to adapt to the present capability level and target to train and to establish a stable knowledge basis.
General education background:
o Master or equivalent degree in electronics or software development.
o Automotive background
o Fluent English
o Coaching and training skills
Professional experience:
o 8+ years as project manager/leader
o 2+ years working experience in OEM ad project manager/leader
o Familiar with error management (tools and process)
o Familiar with development accompanying processes (e.g. GAMS)
o Technical experience in at least one of the following domains:
- Development vehicle architecture
- Software logistics
- System approval
- Configuration management
- Vehicle commissioning
- After-sales processes
Tools:
- Enterprise architect or equivalent tool
- Doors or similar ETAS tool
- Change Synergy or equivalent tool
- Quality Center, Jira or equivalent tool
- GAMS
- Other process management tools
Languages:
o Mandarin
o English
o German is advantageous
