职位描述
核心要求
1、 大专及以上学历，工科背景优先；
2、 1年以上的电话销售经验；
3、 口齿清晰，普通话标准，语言表达能力强；
4、 思维敏捷，具备良好的应变能力和承压能力；
5、 积极向上的性格，百折不挠，热爱销售工作。
基础要求
1、 可以用英文进行简单的书面沟通，口语优先。
2、 良好的电脑操作能力，熟悉Office软件的使用
3、 良好的沟通技巧、拥有团队合作的意识；
4、 对于公司相关规则可以严格遵守，保守公司的商业秘密
Part II –职务主要职责:
主要目标
1、 开展电话行销（无须外访客户）；
2、 公司提供客户的数据资料；
3、 以电话拜访的方式联系潜在客户，挖掘用户需求，并及时整理归档潜在客户的信息；
4、 通过电话，向有购买意向的客户提供售前咨询；
5、 现有客户关系的维护与发展，促成客户持续下单。
日常报告
1、 及时在CRM系统中填写客户访谈报告；
2、 每天更新所负责的数据库内的客户信息。
