岗位职责：

1、 对目标市场进行定位，完成公司年度销售目标

2、 根据公司战略方向制定销售计划和策略；

3、 负责销售政策的管理、实施、推广；

4、 市场调查与新市场机会的发现，新项目市场推广方案的制定；

5、 销售队伍的建设与培养等。

任职要求：

1、大专以上，5年以上相关工作经验，具有2年以上医疗或美容行业管理经验。

2、具有优秀的沟通和管理能力，良好的市场拓展能力。

3、有极强的事业心、责任心，具备相当的领导能力。

4、有较强的市场分析能力、策划能力和推广能力，有良好的人际沟通、协调能力及分析、解决问题的能力。
