Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Documents and analyzes various analysis/studies such as volume analysis, capacity analysis, financial analysis or competitive cost study in support of business activities and strategic planning

Performs deep dive studies or high level analysis upon business needs

Coordinates and works together with functional team to collect the required information and data

Reports the analysis/studies status on a timely basis and ensures to deliver the result on time

Evaluates the financials, provides the findings, explains the implications to business

Initializes the recommendations and improvement plans to support management decision-making

Prepares the analysis/studies report into power point materials as required

Undertakes ad hoc analysis/study or supports other strategy projects if necessary

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures
Advanced skills in Ms Word, Excel and Power Point
Detail oriented and self motivated to work independently
Good analytical skills and critical thinking mind
Ability to work with functional team
Excellent English written as well as oral communication skill

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field from an accredited institution (Master degree is preferred, but not must)
Minimum 5 years of accounting and / or financial analysis experience in multinational environment.
Previus working experience in auto industry is preferred, but not must
