Job Title: Regional Sales Manager, Wilson
Report to: Commercial Manager, Wilson
Main Responsiblity:
Lead regional team to promote and sell Wilson products in assigned area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve significant sales targets.
- Manage Wilson regional team to achieve sales & distribution growth targets for tennis and badminton.
- Lead and maintain team, act as Wilson Brand custodian internally and toward external partners
- Establish and keep good relation with dealers that will gain win-win business result
- Business development and find potential business opportunity
- Establish current dealer, POS database by product category and analyze productivity/POS for business development
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
- Identify, recruit and retain key customers and accounts for long term cooperation, monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
- Prepare quarterly sales forecasts, monitor sales volume, revenues by category against forecasts monthly to identify problem areas, prioritize and schedule own activities to ensure objectives are met
- Analyze competitor's status to ensure awareness of market share to establish dominant market position
- Work closely with production, logistics and supporting division
- Other ad hoc works
Needed Competencies:
- Familiar with sports business operations and the rules of games
- Team management skills.
- Passion in racket sports is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Education:
College degree or above with a concentration in sales or sports is preferred
Needed Work Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of sales background in multi-national company.
