职位描述
Responsibility:
? Sales Controlling (sales, distribution channel, price development)
? Cost Controlling (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, R+D, Projects)
? IC price calculation
? Forecast and Planning
? Calculation of overhead and hourly rates
? Preparation of presentations to local and international executives
? Interfaces to all other functional departments (Sales, R+D, Production, Logistics, Finance etc) in China and to global Controlling Community
Education/Major:
? University degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or related disciplines.
Experiences:
? At least 2 years experience in financial operations.
? Strong financial and cost management background
Certificates:
? CMA as a plus
Knowledge & Skills:
? Knowledge of manufacturing process as a Plus
? Practical SAP expereinece (SAP CO)
Foreign language:
? Fluent in written and oral English.
Computer ability:
? Good MS Office skills (especially MS Excel)
Personal Quality:
? Open minded and willing to learn new procedures
? Willing to work in a team
? Able to work under pressure
? Accuracy
? Willing to productively challenge the status quo
