Sales Support Manager
EF Kids and Teens, Franchise Operation
Shanghai,China

Synopsis:
As a Sales Support Manager, you will work together with franchise central support team to help local school colleagues to achieve excellent sales performance.

The Role:
Sales Support Manager is expected to work as a key role to delivery solid performance incl. hosting sales training, provide on-site school support and develop Key sales talents in schools.

Report to:
Senior Sales Support Manager, EF English First - Kids & Teens Franchise Operations, China

Your will:
· Deliver regional support and help franchise schools grow their business and reach their sales targets;
· Drive sales projects successfully (CCC, SM boot camp…) and cooperate with cross function projects;
· Building strong relationships with schools CMs and SMs, deeply understand school’s business and give effective support;
· Host online and regional trainings, and give onsite support to local franchise schools;
· Develop training PPT or any effective tools/resources, help schools sales staff to grow product and sales knowledge and output excellent sales performance ;

You have/are:
· At least 3 years’ experience in education sales area and at least 1 year of team management experience;
· With entrepreneur sprit ,passionate and can always make things happen;
· Proven to be proactive for the job e.g. seek information to your line manager without being asked;
· Proven to be hard working with a lot of on-site school travels, competitive and result-oriented;
· With good industry knowledge and skills in sales;
· Good at multi-tasking, with output good performance solidly under work pressure ;
· With excellent English skills;
· With good communication skills and proven working as a real team player in a multi-national / global team
