基准职衔Job Title：Account Manager

工作职责 Job Responsibilities

该职责主要对应的工作任务 Job Content
1、New Business Development：

1）Work with team members to actively pursue prospects, target clients or open tenders assigned by line manager
2）Identify and analysis new business leads and organize the market and product resources to win the business.
2、Existing client services：

1）Take responsibilities on daily service delivery for assigned clients
2）Develop a thorough and ongoing understanding of client activities and requirements and act as day to day

contact point for clients ranging from underwriting to claims issues
3）Prepare underwriting documentation and negotiate terms with the market
4）Identify and solve client problems seeking input from line manager as required
5）Maximize client profitability through efficient delivery of service and cross selling
3、Others

1）Respond to enquiries of local market practice from Network Offices
2）Assist in any fee negotiations and/or agreeing commission levels with insurers
3）Ensure orderly client filing
4）Complete other tasks from line manager

任职要求 Requirements

最低学历及专业要求：
Education & MajorsBachelor degree, preferred major in insurance, law or language.

工作经验及相关岗位经验 Related Experience

At least 3 years insurance related working experience

所需专业知识、技能与能力 Knowledge,Skills & Capability

Knowledge of insurance products and operations.
Strong communications and good time management skills
Client-oriented, with flexibility and problem solving skills
