Job Description
Title: Account Manager 客户经理——集合业务
BU/Department:　Affinity 集合业务部
Purpose:
To enhance the client service on the local base, (enrolment & claim management), consolidate the accounts relationship and maintenance. To support the business development with adequate team work.
增强当地客户服务能力，巩固并维持客户关系，并通过紧密团队合作支持业务开发。
Job Content
1. Accounts maintenance as after-sales service to clients (enrolment and claim, car and vehicle).
通过新登及理赔等售后服务维护客户
2. Coordinate business cooperation among Aff and local branches within Willis Specialty Team.
协调集合业务部与当地分支的业务合作
3. Technical Supports, with engineering background about car and machine repair, or car insurance.
汽车工程及机械领域技术支持
Education and/or Experience
1. Engineering Bachelor or higher, car maker or repairer experiences would be ideal.
工程类本科及以上学历，汽车制造或维修类经验尤佳
2. At lease 3 years of working experience in insurance company or insurance agency.
至少三年保险公司或保险代理商工作经验
3. Communication and consolidation ability, teamwork skills.
沟通能力强，具备团队合作能力
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
1. Basic Insurance knowledge and insurance operation experiences, car/motor insurance;
2. Engineering background with years of work experiences would be preferred;
3. Skills of presentation, negotiation and coordination;
4. Team work, learning and hard working willingness.
