Job Descriptions:

1、 根据公司战略目标，建立外包商的工作绩效管理体系，并基于此标准提交绩效考核结果给仓储经理。
2、 协助管理、协调及监控公司各项目、外包供应商的运作，保障服务质量和效率
3、 与客户、仓库操作人员、仓库主管和供应商保持顺畅沟通。实时更新项目报告和仓库管理系统以保证项目精准顺利运行；
4、 严格执行既定的标准化的项目运作流程，防范、控制项目运作风险，并对整个项目的安全操作负责
5、 监督仓储按客户的KPI要求进行操作; 根据整个项目计划，监督执行、协管现场的作业标准，严格控制操作的风险系数，杜绝现场作业中不可预知的风险隐患；
6、 协助项目经理维护目前客户及在目前客户操作的范围内尽可能扩大服务面，开发新项目；
7、 公司安排的其他工作。

1、 According to the strategic objective of company to establish performance appraisal system and provide report accordingly to Warehouse Manager.
2、 Assist to manage, coordinate and inspect the operation of all project and outsourcing suppliers to ensure service quality and efficiency.
3、 Keep smooth communication with Customer, Warehouse Operator, Project Supervisor, Suppliers. Update project reports and WMS system to make sure logistics projects running smooth with high accuracy.
4、 Strictly implement standard operation process. Prevent and control operation risks and be responsible for safety operation.
5、 Inspect warehouse operation to meet customer's KPI; Monitor the standard operation procedure on site according to whole project planning. Control operation risk strictly to prevent unpredictable risk.
6、 Assist Warehouse manager to maintain current customers and develop new customers and projects.
7、 Other assigned work by company


Qualifications:
1. 大专以上学历，物流、管理专业，有三年以上综合项目管理实际经验；有第三方物流工作经验尤佳。
2. 熟悉仓储、货运等日常操作规范，有一定的WMS/TMS/OMS系统操作经验
3. 良好的沟通协调能力及人际关系处理能力，较强的承压能力和紧急情况分析处理能力
4. 良好的管理技能和项目操作、把控能力，主观能动性强，能够自发独立的开展工作
5. 认同公司经营理念和管理模式，具有良好的职业操守，较强的工作责任心，能吃苦耐劳
6. 熟悉基础办公软件（WORD、EXCEL等）的日常操作
7. 良好英语水平
8. 身体健康，能适应出差

1、 College or above, major in logistics or management. Have more than three years working experience in comprehensive project management. Third-Party Logistics experience is a plus
2、 Be familiar with daily operation like warehouse, shipping and etc. Have experience in operating WMS/TMS/OMS systems.
3、 Communication and interpersonal skills are preferred. Ability to deal with emergencies and can work under high pressure
4、 Good management skills and project operations. High responsibility, self motivated and can work independently
5、 Support company management idea and pattern. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.
6、 Be family with Microsoft OFFICE.
7、 Excellent English ability
8、 Health and can travel if required
