Job description

1. Manage Shenyang JIS quality team.

2. Responsible for dealing with internal significant quality issue.

3. Positively coaching and helping other quality engineers to work and to assist quality leader to train quality engineers.

4. Arrange inspector s daily work, including training, performance evaluation and interview.

5. Responsible for quality team building and relative activities

6. Can join the management meeting and keep the same direction with the Shenyang JIS department manager

7. Can directly point out the mistakes from the manager and offer position leader scheme.

8. Finish other tasks from General manager

9.In charge of writing, translating and amending process files and other technical documents, like FMEA, SPC, technical sheet.
10、Process problems solving and continuously improvement
11、Participating in new process development and products prototype
12、Assist Manufacturing manager for raw material localization and new projects development
