1.在symbian/wince/brew/android等相关平台至少一年以上工作经验，良好的C++编程技能；
2.至少熟悉Nokia S60、Android、WM或其它嵌入式linuxs平台中的一种，了解手机或嵌入式系统软件的架构；
3.至少对UI、通话、短信或者gprs/edge数据通信等模块中一种以上有过开发经验
4.熟悉XML规范，能熟练解析XML文件，有嵌入式数据库开发经验者更佳
5.至少有一到两个嵌入式手机项目开发经验，参与系统中组件或子模块的详细设计、实现及代码优化；
6.有上进心和成就感，能主动积极地面对工作，团队沟通能力佳
其它：
1.有协议栈开发经验或者熟悉HTTP、SMTP等应用层协议者优先
2.对OMA、WML、DRM规范熟悉者优先
3.有嵌入式系统移植或平台SDK开发经验者优先
