岗位职责：
1、负责公司地产及别墅项目建筑景观设计工作。
2、负责编制景观设计各阶段（概念、方案、初步、施工图设计）设计任务书。
3、完成图纸、施工图、经济测算等设计工作。

任职资格：
1、正规院校景观设计、风景园林、环境艺术等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、六年以上设计院或设计公司及大型房地产公司景观设计管理工作经验；
3、具有园林、景观建筑、艺术、美学等专业知识，熟悉景观项目从设计到施工的运作流程，了解工程预算、工程管理以及相关专业的知识及国家规范等；
4、对项目方案有较强的掌控能力和口头表达能力，设计思路开阔，从理论角度对景观设计有独特的见解，对景观设计有一定的敏感性，有创新意识；
5、具备扎实的专业技术知识，良好的手绘能力、景观方案设计及较强的文案撰写能力；
6、具有丰富的现场施工配合经验，熟悉房地产行业及业务流程；
7、较强的创新能力和审美意识，学习能力、执行能力、诚信自律，有高端项目景观设计经验；
8、具有良好的组织协调能力、沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
9、具有良好的成本意识、质量意识，工作严谨细致，条理性强；
10、精通autocad、photoshop、3dmax、sketchup等专业绘图软件及常用办公软件。
