Principal Accountabilities:

？ Achieve the sales target and other KPI set up by line managers
？ Build the relationship with marine & offshore key customers (CNOOC, COSCO, Dalian shipyard, Shanghai Waigaoqiao shipyard etc.);
？ Find out potential marine & offshore customer list & project list;
？ CCH’s competitors’ analysis in marine & offshore market;
？ Target customer demand analysis;
？ Sales strategy and Pricing management;
？ Set up commercial policy of marine & offshore industry;
？ Work with PM to optimize and improve products for Marine & offshore service;
？ Set up channel and manage distributors, expend Company products market share in Marine & offshore market.

Experience And Training Required To Perform Job:

？ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required;
？ Bilingual (English/Chinese);
？ 3-5 years marine & offshore or similar sales and marketing experience;
？ Prior budget and financial accountability experience;
？ In-depth knowledge of sales, marketing, management and customer relations fields;
？ Strong problem solving and decision making skills;
？ Strong negotiation skills;
？ Strong leader, organizational planning skills and time management skills;
？ Must have exemplary customer service skills.
