Responsibilities
Support sales team for services and rates enquiry, and prepare quotation
Regular customer visiting monthly (and out of city visit is required)
Handle overseas agents enquiry
Handle VIP account and order follow up
Handle customer complaint

Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Over 3-years working experience in freight forwarding or import / export field
Initiative, dedication, team player

Skills
Good communication skills
Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Computer skills
Able to work under pressure
