职位描述：

1、产品设计计划实施：部门负责人安排研发新产品项目，负责光源产品技术参数、封装结构等设计，按计划完成项目；

2、产品设计制作和成本控制：对光源产品材料、配方、散热及光学结构等诸多方面，经模拟仿真、测试，分析改进，完善产品设计，核算控制材料成本，提供研发综合成本分析基础依据；

3、研发产品导入生产：编制产品技术文件、工艺文件，为生产导入提供基础，在生产过程中提供技术指导和支持；

4、技术交流分析，分享工作经验和成果，配合市场做技术培训工作；

5、领导安排的临时性工作。

岗位要求：

1、本科学历，5年工作经历，光学工程等相关专业；

2、熟悉LED灯具的光学系统及光源的二次配光系统设计，了解光源模组的设计；

3、熟悉模组封装荧光粉涂敷等技术，对提高透光率、光转换效率等提出建设性意见；

4、熟练计算机辅助设计软件，进行散热、光学等分析；

5、了解LED照明行业、熟悉荧光粉涂敷封装技术；

6、工作认真严谨，有团队合作精神。
