Job Description:

- Act as example on the selling floor and ensure the consistent impeccable service standard provided by the team; build a loyal clientele and maintain interactive relationship with customers; solve customer complaint
担当服务典范，确保团队始终如一的卓越服务；与顾客良好互动，建立维护忠诚持久的客户关系；及时有效处理顾客投诉

- Motivate and work with the team to achieve sales target; optimize sales of merchandise through clear daily target briefing and performance update.
激发员工工作热情、促进团队协作完成销售目标；明确每日目标，及时更新业绩表现，保证各产品线的均衡销售

- Assistant Store Manager in training and make sure all staff present the brand as a brand ambassador by delivering product knowledge, sharing the designer’s inspiration, and communicating the brand’s style and image in the boutique
协助店铺经理开展培训，确保员工作为品牌大使，在店铺中介绍产品知识、分享设计灵感、展现品牌风格、建立品牌形象

- Implement staff scheduling as defined by Store Manager; act as Manager-On-Duty (MOD) and make sure the company guidelines including operations, visual merchandising, housekeeping etc. are executed with high standard in the boutique
根据店铺经理的要求安排店内排班；担当值班经理，确保公司制定的包括营运，产品陈列，店铺整洁等标准在店面严格执行

- Perform other job-related assignment
完成工作相关的其他职责

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in luxury industry; at least 1 years in sales and retail management
五年以上奢侈品行业经验；一年以上销售及零售管理经验

- Good communication and interpersonal skills; strong team player and leadership
良好的人际沟通能力，高度的团队合作精神及一定的领导能力

- Passion and talent to fashion, chic, and design
具备时尚天赋，钟情独具品格的潮流及设计

- College degree or above; English or other foreign language as a plus
大专及以上学历; 英语或其他外语流利者更佳
