Key Responsibilities

?To work with the property management & leasing team to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals.
?Prepare & update the rent roll and cash flow analysis and see the impact on returns for each individual cases; i.e. Leasing prospects & construction cost etc.
?Prepare & develop periodic asset management reports to managements, investors and other partners.
?Review of financial and operational assumptions, and support in financial function
?Assist to provide focused strategic analysis and recommendations for the business.


Skill Requirements

?Degree qualified (real estate or finance), you have at least 3-5 years of proven track record in large scale project asset management work or retail investment analysis work either with a consultancy or in an in-house capacity.
?Possess exceptional analytical and numeric skills.
?Proficiency in English is necessary.

?A self starter with the ability to engage well with different levels.
?A hands on energetic individual with excellent communication skills and able to work under very high pressure.
