职位描述
Job Details:
1 Serves as the primary point of contact at AW Communities China team throughout the product development
2 Works closely with North American Development Manager and QA manager to provide day-to-day product development and project management duties
3 Manages team assignments and ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
4 Update team throughput dashboard weekly or biweekly to China operations director and product development director in order to keep team progress and change visible at senior management level;
5 Provides advice, consultation, and training to the team members based on industry best practices to advance in their job levels towards expertise and self-leadership quadrant from S1 to S4;
6 Grow team leadership in the team and build sufficient second in commands for leadership succession plan;
7 Coordinate with Product Manager and Business Analysts to ensure the initiation of business process transformation based on previous analysis
8 Conduct interviews frequently in order to meet the demand of high growth in AW Communities team;
9 Receive and ramp up new members in the team by working with HR, IT, and NA managers
10 Prepare and conduct semi year performance review for team members in the team;
11 Prepare salary bumping email of involved team members to China operations director for approval;
12 Approve team member' s vacation request by consolidating request with North America manager/lead and China leads according to project schedule;
13 Book weekly 1 - 1 meeting with China operations director for discussing job progress and any team member career problem;
14 Book and conduct periodical operation/strategy meetings with corresponding product development directors in order to make sure China team is updated with latest information about product strategies;
Qualifications:
1 Demonstrable product development and project management methodologies and tools
2 Minimal 2 years experience managing the full life cycle development of custom applications in Java environments including the design, development, testing, delivery and support
3 Minimal 3 years experience as a technical lead having specifically managed teams on complex software development or integration projects
4 Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills
5 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
6 Detail-oriented and Creative
7 Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment and be self-starter
8 Ability to complete multiple tasks/projects within deadlines
9 Thrive on change and challenge
10 Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent College Diploma
